We took the kids to the Mill Mountain Zoo yesterday, and I hate to admit it, but it wasn’t worth the price of admission. 3 of the 4 kids – the 8, 7, and 5 year-olds, found it very lame. My almost 3-year old, who’s crazy about trains, loved the ride on the Zoo Choo, a miniature model G-16 train.
The Mill Mountain Star is up the hill from the zoo, and we had a nice view from the platform near the base of the star.
