2nd Delivery of Heating Oil of the 2007-08 Heating Season

I just received my second heating oil delivery of the season, and I paid $3.099, which is 35 cents more per gallon than I paid on October 30th. :( That’s 75 cents more per gallon than I paid in December 2006. It’s 55 cents more than I paid in November 2005, $1.25 more per gallon than I paid in December 2004, and $1.90 more per gallon than I paid in 2003.
