Clinton Portis plans to make the news during the offseason while hitting the beach at his Florida home. Didn’t Joe Gibbs say that the players needed to show up for “every single offseason workout, meeting and practice — or else”. Does this not apply to Portis? Doesn’t Miami need a running back to replace Ricky Williams?
